STUDY ABOUT INCIDENT OF HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS IN INDONESIA RELATED RELIGION PROBLEM: CASE STUDY OF AHMADIYAH CONGREGATION INCIDENT AT CIKEUSIK-BANTEN 2011

Abstract
This paper aims to reveal the truth veil about Ahmadiyah incidents that occurred in Cikeusik Pandeglang, Banten. From the incident that occurred in Cikeusik, found that −based on reports from the public society−the fisrt people who did anarchist action is Ahmadiyah congregation. The report reinforced by the statement of the Head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Pandeglang region stating that the Ahmadiyah congregation has been preparing to invade the surrounding community if expulsion happen.Other facts also found that Ahmadiyah congregation in Cikeusik is not the original residents at that area. Most of them are people who come from the surrounding Jakarta area. The insident which happen in Cikeusik not only including into the offense of blasphemy, but also in the criminal action.The method used by researchers in examining this issue is to use descriptive qualitative method in which the data are obtained in the form of words written and spoken of the informants observed by researchers. Besides that this research using ethnographic techniques to examine these issues. Then, in determining research informants, researchers used purposive sampling techniques or sample aims and Snowball Sampling.By looking the facts that occurred in the field, based on the public figures report, MUI, Muspida, Police Pandeglang until Banten province governor, all of them stated that Ahmadiyah is deviate. This was done to anticipate a larger conflict.
